A grouping of soft maple stands as a bulwark against river floods breaking into backwaters on the St Croix River. I originally cataloged this place on plein air sessions off of the pontoon boat while fishing. We recently revisited this place and found that the tree mass was mostly gone having been broken down by subsequent spring floods. Nothing lasts forever. Price $3600 SOLD
